What if Brainiac were unleashed on the NYC underground rave scene with only one objective - to learn and absorb information?

Thats what re-integration in a (post?) COVID world felt like for me. CLVB VILLAIN tracks are meant....well....for the club; a particularly, dark, ravey, sweaty one.That's where the ideas originated and that's where they belong.
